Is going to beauty school for nails worth it?

I’m considering going to beauty school for nails. With the bad economy is it worth my time? What are the pros and cons about being a nail tech?

Nail technicians are one of the shortest courses at beauty school and will offer quick access to the industry. At the same time during recessionary times it has been shown that the beauty industry is not as affected as others, as people need the so called "pick me ups"!
