Rio Beauty Airbursh Nails Help?

I bought the Rio Beauty Airbrush Nails kit.
Most of its worked out except from when i attach the bottle of nail paint to the airbrush.
The air comes out bit the nail paint on the bottle doesn’t seem to come out
I’ve done everything the instructions said and put the feeder tube and different cap onto it I don’t know why its not working and the little tube at the front isn’t blocked.
