  No, dear! U use the fan brush and do your decoration! Obviously that your fingers will get dirty! The after applying the paint use the q-tip to wipe the color off…if you need, you may also wet the q-tip with water..

  I am not sure about the effect on the nails, that is why I always apply first coat of nail polish first and then paint. I talked to my manicurist and she told that she uses only these paints to paint on nails..
