what do you mean by decoration? the rhinestones? those you can get at walmart . i mentioned that in my video. or you can find rhinestones on ebay or sally’s beauty supply. -

depends on what you …
depends on what you do with your hands…considering they are only held down with lash glue ..
i would do this step last after you dress etc as to not budge them..and avoid water on the hands ..that might loosen them up. -
