i USE THAT SAME …
i USE THAT SAME GLiTTER STRIPER(THE SKINNY POLISH U HAVE) MINES ALWAYS DRY OUT I NOTICE TOO;BUT IF U PUT A LITTLE CLEAR NAIL POLISH OR ACETONE IN IT ,IT WILL BE LIKE NEW AGAIN I USE A EYEDROP BOTTLE LIKE VISINE AND DROP IT IN OR SUM SORT OF SMALL SPRAY BOTTLE TO ADD PRESSURE TO GET THE SIDES IF ITS RALLY DRY AND IT WORKS WELL U SHOULD TRY IT;JUST A LITTLE ADVICE AND IM MOST DEFIENETLY GONNA TRY THIS DESIGN BEAUTIFUL JOB -
