    I just bought this …
I just bought this myself to. I love it! Your right it does take a bit of practice =) but once you get the hang of it, its really simple. I find that I need to clean off the scraper/plate every 2nd use or so for a more clear print.

    Are you using the …
Are you using the special polish? I think that putting more on the plate to begin with helps… and of course “rolling” the stamp on your nail too.

hi! great vid! i’m having problems transferring the design from the stamper to my nails. the design doesn’t completely move from the stamper to the nails which makes the image on my nails appear sort of “lighter” than it should be. would you perhaps know the reason why? thanks! :)

    Haha… thanks and …
    Haha… thanks and I only wish I was 20 :(

Kits start at $15, but I ended up ordering a la cart because I didn’t really like the plates and the nail polish colors that came in the kit. It’s a good deal if you like the plates and colors though.

    As long as nail …
As long as nail polish would last. Since they’re not like a sticker or anything, it’ll just fade away.

    i like your tip …
i like your tip about filing the stamper… i didnt know about that before i ended up buying another stamper cuz i thought the short stubby that i had first was nonfunctional… so i got a longer stamper combo scraper, waste of my money.. all i needed was to file it…

    I think it’s a …
I think it’s a waste because you get polish everywhere anyway. The paper towel method works fine for me. I can put my 2 towards another Konad plate.

    Oh, ok. :) Thank you!

I have seen a pink plate holder for the metal plate to be on, do you think it will help me alot or just a waste of money to buy it? I notice You don’t use it.

we use to sell this …
we use to sell this item and my wife uses her OLD nail polish for the templates also. the top coat that Konad sells works really great. i recommend that you buy the top coat first until you get really good at the nail art. the reason is that many people complained that their designs smeared when they applied the top coat.
also to get the best design out of the template once you scrape the template you have to stamp it quickly, many people are slow to stamp the design. just a suggestion.

    No, you can use …
No, you can use your own base and top coats! Yes, you will need the special polish (though regular polish can work… it’s hit n miss). As far as base coats and top coats, use your favorite.

    I’m thinking about …
I’m thinking about buying a custom kit with the colors and plates I want, but now I wonder, do I have to buy the base coat polish and top coat polish aswell or can I use normal nail polish for those? The pictures I’m gonna stamp on with the Konad special polish for sure, but I’m wondering if I need to buy the base and top coats aswell?

Loved the clip! :) Nicely done.

    yes, you can use …
yes, you can use almost all normal nail polishes for the staming (one or two didn’t work, I have no idea why, they just smeared), but as they are all thinner than the special konad polishes, it is more difficult to get clean patterns.
but just go for a try ;)
