u cant really use …
u cant really use reguler nail polish with the stamping but what i learned is that u file the stamper then kinda clean it off with nail polish remover and then u file the staper 3 times and then u use regler nailpolish and it works from what i seen and heard here on youtube -

Yes, get a nail …
Yes, get a nail file and rub the stamper over it. It makes it less smooth. Then remember to not touch the rubber stamper because the oil on your fingers makes it not stick. -
