I am the manager of a salon and spa and was interested in this dvd for staff. I may have been interested in purchasing from your site but am a little put off by the shipping and handling charges on the DL. If you say something is free then that is how it should be. Since we download the video…what is shipped and handled? So instead of looking at the site more in depth I just exited out of it…Sorry but when “free” it should be just as stated. -
