@knepri: (part 3) I hope this helps!! If you have any more questions, just ask:-)

@knepri: (part 2): Growing out your nails with gel on top really depends on how fast your nails grow. For example, my nails get really long within 3 weeks of having it on b/c my natural nails are less prone to breakage. You can take off “soakable” gels by soaking your nails in acetone. Regular UV gels must be filed off with a nail file. It can be a little complicated b/c you don’t want to file to deep into your real nail so be careful:-) Premier Nail Source should be able to ship to you!

@knepri: (part1) Thanks!!! From experience I found that gel nails are less damaging to your nails and it also could be b/c I don’t use a drill on them. Gel nails could take an hour if you’re new to doing them. I haven’t attending any courses but I did a lot of research on what is the right/perfect way of applying them.

Hi! I really like your nails. But do gel nails actually damage your natural nails? How long does it take to put them on if im new to this? A lot of people say that you should first attend courses before starting to put gel nails on, is it true? How long does it take to grow out the gel nails and also if i want to take them off, can i do it? Does the website you bought your kit from deliver to europe? Sorry for all the questions, but i hope you will answer. TY!

Hey!! Always go for the larger size in that situation. Then you want to file the sides of the nail so that it fits your natural nail. Don’t file too much because then the tip will be smaller than your nail.

    • @LovelysInstinct Hi …
@LovelysInstinct Hi again, I’ve just received my kit and I sized them to my nails one by one, like a good student :-D
Here comes the question: for one nail (the thumb for what it’s worth) I’m between 2 tip sizes. One is slightly smaller than my natural nail, the other is slightly wider.
Which one should I go for?

@LovelysInstinct Thanks for the prompt answer :-D

Hey!! Thanks for watching:-) When you buy a pack of nails (50 count, 100 count, etc) it usually comes with 12 to 13 sizes. So you would just measure one hand with each size to see which ones fit the best (there are numbers under the nail to tell you the size). The next time you buy nails, you can just buy the exact sizes in refill packs or bulk packs with all sizes. Hope this helps!

      Hello there,
I want to buy a kit too, and I see the nail tips come in various sizes. How do I know which size matches me?

Thanks for watching!! I bought the gel as a kit. It came with a uv light, clear gel, white gel, pink gel, and a brush. You can currently buy it on sale for $35 at premiernailsource(dot)com. Sometimes Sally’s has the gel as well but their lights are expensive so I would suggest getting a cheaper one on the same site mentioned above.

Did you buy this as a kit or as individual items? Also did you get the light where you got the nail gel? thanks, this was very informative!
