  the one in my downtown area charges 25 for a full set and between 5 and 15 dollars for a certain decoration.

  I’m not sure of exact costs because each school/university varies.
  They are cheaper than the regular places, though. Since the ones doing your nails are still students and they are "practicing" on you, they have to charge you cheaper prices since they aren’t licensed. Of course they have a licensed or trained technician assisting so there aren’t any problems. You might have to call around in your area and compare their prices. If I had to make an assumption, I would have to say that it would probably be less than $20.00.
